Changing the Wiping Angle and Parking Position

Note: Ensure the wiper motor is in the parked position and the battery main switch is turned off before performing any operation inside the motor.

 

1. Use the supplied hex key to loosen the gearbox cover screws and remove the cover.

2. Loosen the two hex socket screw (see Figure 1).

3.Move the arm to the desired end position of the sweep area (see Figure 2).

4. Tighten the two hex socket screws.

5. Set the parking position to "Left" or "Right" using the parking selector.

6. Run the wiper motor until it reaches the parking position, then reinstall the gearbox cover.

 

Note: 

If the wiper arm sweeps too far on both sides, reduce the sweep angle by repeating Step 3.

If the wiper arm sweeps too far on one side only, this indicates the arm was not centered in the sweep range during installation. Remove the arm and reposition it correctly.
